Plan-it is CarBuddii’s built-in calendar and fleet management module, accessible directly from your web dashboard (app.carbuddii.com).

While the CarBuddii mobile app is great for making quick bookings on the showroom floor, the Plan-it calendar on your computer gives you a complete, visual overview of your entire fleet.

What can you do in Plan-it?

• View Availability: See exactly which loaner cars or rental vehicles are booked, available, or out with a customer.

• Manage Contracts: You can edit existing bookings, extend rental periods, or terminate a contract (which returns the car to "ready" status for the next customer).

• Track Vehicle Status: Keep an eye on mileage, fuel levels, and the return times for all vehicles in your fleet.

Add a new Reservation

You can add a new booking or reservation in your Plan-it calendar using the top right corner button (you can also use that button and menu to add new vehicles to your garage, or new rental categories). Adding a new booking is easy, simply add the dates and times for the reservation and click Create. 

Note: Remember to manage your Garage first and add one or more of your vehicles to a Rental Category so they can be eligible for a booking.

Block a vehicle

You can add a block for a vehicle in your Plan-it calendar using the top right corner button as well. When blocking a vehicle, you add your dates as normal like a booking but you can add a reason for the block, and click on Create. Once completed, the selected vehicle will not be eligible for bookings for the selected time period. 

Add a Price Group

You can also add one or more vehicles under a single Price Group, selecting from a wealth of conditions an settings to ensure they are all managed under the conditions that suit you best (from covered distance and fuel to insurance and payment periods). Simply click on the top right corner button next to Booking and add a Price Group
