Elaboration of how the FTZplus integration works in practice, and how you can use the setup to get the two systems to talk directly to each other
The integration between FTZplus and CarBuddii eliminates duplication of work. When enabled, you can book rental cars directly from the FTZplus planner calendar, and all expenses are automatically returned to the customer's work card. You don't have to type anything manually.
How it works in practice
- Book the task in FTZplus
You assign the customer to an employee in the FTZplus planner. - Add a loaner car
When you choose to give the customer a loaner car, FTZplus automatically shows which cars are available - this way you avoid double bookings. - CarBuddii receives the booking automatically.
When you select the car, the booking is sent directly to CarBuddii. You don't have to do anything else. - When the customer picks up the car
Open the CarBuddii app → find the customer under “Open” → press “Create rental contract”.
You scan the customer’s driver’s license and create the rental contract in a few seconds. - When the customer returns the car
, you end the rental contract in the app under “All.”
The car is then made ready for the next customer. - Expenses are automatically transferred back to FTZplus.
Everything that needs to be paid for – rent, extra kilometers, fuel, deductibles, etc. – is automatically transferred to the customer's work card in FTZplus.
You don't have to write anything manually.

NOTE – if you use online booking
If you have online booking enabled in FTZplus, you can also activate loaner car booking there. Then customers' bookings will automatically be entered into the system. One less thing to think about in everyday life.
