Keeping track of customer conversations across different platforms can be a hassle. To solve this, CarBuddii offers a seamless email integration with Microsoft Exchange (Outlook).
The primary motivation for this integration is simple: to have all your written interactions in a single, easily accessible place.
How the Email Integration Works
Once integrated, your email communications sync directly with your CarBuddii pipeline. Here is what you can expect:
The Customer Card as a Hub: All notes you make and emails you (or your colleagues) write to a particular customer are stored directly on their specific Customer Card in CarBuddii.
Flexible Sending Options: You are not locked into one platform. You can choose to send emails directly via the CarBuddii interface (both on the web dashboard and the mobile app) or continue using your normal Microsoft Outlook mail app.
Two-Way Syncing: Regardless of where you hit "send," the email will automatically be added to the customer's Activity log in CarBuddii. This synchronization works for both outgoing emails from the seller and incoming replies from the customer.
Viewing Emails on the Customer Card
When you look at a customer's profile, you will see a unified Activities feed right below the Sales Journey tracker.
From this feed, you can manage all communications:
Read the History: Scroll through the full history of email threads and internal notes.
Track the Sender: See exactly which colleague sent the message and at what time.
Draft New Messages: Click the Write new email button at the top of the feed to start a brand new thread.

Quick Replies: Use the blue Reply button directly on an incoming message to quickly respond without ever leaving the CarBuddii dashboard.
How to Set Up the Microsoft Exchange Integration
You can find the Microsoft integration in the My Profile section in our Dashboard.
You can log in your Microsoft email account in order to allow Carbuddii to access your inbox and send and receive emails on your behalf.
