Did you know that you can have the CarBuddii system help automatically send messages to your customers in connection with certain actions in the system?
We have built the system so smart that you can quickly get rid of a lot of manual work when things are busy in the workshop or in the shop.
For example, you can automatically have the CarBuddii system help send the following automatic messages:
For car loans/rentals:
- Reminder to empty the car of personal belongings and to refuel/fill the car before returning it
- The number for roadside assistance, so that during the wet months you don't have to risk a customer leaving their car in a ditch over the weekend.
For test drive/car sales:
- Service message after test drive
- Reminder about sent offer in connection with car sales
For both:
- Referral to Trustpilot after termination of lease or signed sales agreement
You can choose whether the messages should be sent immediately after a given action takes place, whether it should be sent x-number of minutes after the event, or alternatively whether the message should be sent at a fixed time of day.
The automatic messages can be sent to customers as SMS or as email, depending on your preference.
The messages are deactivated by default, so that you, as an admin user, have the opportunity to activate or create the desired automatic messages yourself, directly via the dealer page.
You can find the "Messages" function on your dealer page by doing the following:
- Log in to your CarBuddii dealer page
- Tap the menu (gears) in the right corner and select "Settings"
- Select the "Functions" section on the left, then click the "Messages" tab at the top of the screen
From here you can edit and enable/disable existing automatic messages, or alternatively tap the little blue "+" sign at the top and create new messages.
Once you have a message created, remember to enable the message, and then tap save at the end! 😊👍
