Who is Kaisa Technologies?

We have some news to share: CarBuddii has been acquired by Kaisa Technologies AB, a Nordic software company specialising in the automotive industry.

You may not have heard of Kaisa by name, but the chances are you already benefit from their technology. Kaisa powers the lead infrastructure behind the majority of Europe's largest automotive marketplaces, with over 100,000 active dealerships running on their platform. Their core business is connecting marketplace activity to the dealership floor: capturing leads, routing them to the right place, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
 

What happens with my agreement with Carbuddii?

Your current agreement and service remain unchanged. CarBuddii continues as your provider, and you will notice no disruption to what you have today.
 

With Kaisa behind us, we have the resources and ambition to develop CarBuddii further — and we intend to do that in close dialogue with our customers. If you have thoughts on what would make CarBuddii work better for you and your team, we want to hear them. You'll be hearing more from us as that work gets underway.

Is Carbuddi now named Kaisa? 

Carbuddii remains for now a separate company and you can expect the app and website to remain under the Carbuddii name. Kaisa will help Carbuddii grow and expand with our expertise behind the scenes, but you can continue using your Carbuddii products and services as normal.
