What is the difference between the user types?
The short answer is "yes", there is a difference depending on what type of user you are created as.
The longer answer is that the different user roles provide access to different things.
- As an administrator, you have the right to, for example, add new users to your department, edit company information, make changes to conditions on contacts, and many more things.
- As usual, you can create waybills and/or rental contracts. You have access to the app and the dealer page on the web, where you have an overview of contacts - and possibly customers, calendar and much more depending on your subscription type.
- As a light user, you will only have access to the app where contracts can be made. Light users are typically used for tablet users in the workshop and weekend helpers in the sales department.
You find your users by:
- Click on the three gears in the top right corner and select "Settings".
- Select "Users" on the left in the tab, under the "Company" section
