When the customer calls in, and you want to reserve a car for them

1. Open the Plan-it calendar on the website
2. Create the booking

 

When the customer arrives to pick up the loaner/rental car

1. Open the app, and go to the section "Open"
2. Locate the customer in the list, and click on the customer
3. Click on the button "Opret lejekontrakt"
4. Scan the drivers license, and create the contract

If you need to make an extension to a rental contract

1. Open the Plan-it calendar on the website
2. Locate the active rental contract, and double-click it
3. In the bottom of the pop-up window, click on the button "Forlæng lejeperiode"
4. Choose the new end time and date, and select if you want the customer to pay for the additional days
5. Confirm that you want to send the extension for confirmation at the customer
6. The customer will receive an update, with a link, that they have to open and confirm in their end, before the extension takes effect

When the customer returns with the loaner/rental car:

1. Open the app, and go to the section "Alle"
2. Locate the customer in the list, and click on the customer
3. Click no the button "Indlever køretøj" or "Klargør køretøj"
4. Follow the steps, and the car will be returned and marked as ready for next customer

No Booking? No problem.
