How to Print a Rental Contract in CarBuddii
You can print physical copies of signed rental contracts and test drive agreements directly from the CarBuddii web dashboard. There are two quick ways to access your contracts depending on where you are working in the system.
Via Settings (Contracts List)
Use this method if you want to quickly search through all generated contracts across your organization.
- Click the Settings (cog icon) in the top right corner of your web dashboard.
- Select Contracts to view the full list of generated agreements.
- Click on the contract you want to open.
- In the contract preview window, click the three-dots menu icon next to Køreseddel in the top left corner.
- Select Print kontrakt (Print contract).
Additional Actions: In this same menu, you can also choose Gensend kontrakt to resend the digital document to the customer via SMS or email, or Slet kontrakt if you need to delete the agreement.
Via the Settlements Tab
Use this method if you are reviewing fleet financials, preparing invoices, or looking up a specific booking by customer or date.
- Navigate to the Settlements tab in the main top menu.
- Click on the rental agreement (past, ongoing, or upcoming) you wish to print.
- In the summary card that appears, click the three-dots menu icon next to Opgørelse in the top left corner.
- Select Åbn kontrakt (Open contract) to load the contract preview.
- Click the three-dots menu icon next to Køreseddel in the top left corner of the preview window and select Print kontrakt.
Pro-Tip: If you only need a printed summary of the billing details and charges rather than the customer's signed contract, you can click Print opgørelse (Print settlement) directly from the initial Settlements menu!
