We all know the feeling of suddenly having to remember your password on the fly. Fear not, you can quickly create a new password if the accident should happen.

This is done directly from the login screen on the website, where you simply press the option "Create new password" at the bottom.

All you have to do then is the following:

1. Enter your email address and press the "Send Email" button.
2. Open your email inbox and click on the link in the email "Reset password".
3. You will now be taken to a CarBuddii page where you will have the opportunity to enter your new password.

It asks me for my old password?

If you are using a computer where you have previously logged in, your browser may in some cases remember parts of the previous session, and when you try to reset your password it will ask for the old one (as if you were just updating it from Settings).

This can be quite confusing, and frustrating, if you are trying to reset your password! If the page asks you to enter your current password, simply click on the menu in the right corner (the gears) and log out.

You can then go back to the email with the Reset Password link, and try again, this time reaching the right page to create a new password :)
