As an administrator, you have access to create new users in your department, either via the website or directly from our App.
You can add additional users to your CarBuddii solution at any time.
This simply requires that you are logged in with an "admin" user.
There are two ways to add additional users to your account: via the retailer page or via your app .
Creating a user via the dealer page:
To add an additional user via the dealer page, as an admin user, you simply need to do the following:
- Log in to the CarBuddii dealer page
- Tap the menu (gears) in the right corner and go to "Settings"
- At the top of the screen, select the "Users" tab
Here you can either open and edit existing users, or alternatively press the blue "+" at the top of the screen and create a new user.
New users are created here with name, email address and mobile phone number. Please note that the contact information must be unique - that is, you cannot use the same email address or phone number for multiple users.

Creating a user via app:
- Open your CarBuddii app
- Tap the menu (the three lines) in the top left of the app
- Press "Invite colleague"
Here you can enter the mobile number of the colleague you wish to invite to the system and use the "Invite" button.
Your colleague will then receive an SMS so they can download the app and log in directly via their mobile number.
NOTE: Only an admin user has the rights to add new users, as it will affect your subscription if you exceed the included number of users.
When creating new users, you can easily see how many users are included in your existing subscription.
Tablet / iPad
If you want to add a user with a tablet or iPad instead of a phone, you can add a "light user" and then scan the QR code for them to install the app on that device.
