If you would like to give your customers a larger screen to read the contract on, you can easily use the app directly on your Android tablet or iPad.

Since a tablet does not have a phone number associated with it by default, you must log in to your tablet by scanning a QR code with the camera directly from the dealer page.

All you have to do is the following:

 

1. Via your computer, as an Admin user, you must log in to your CarBuddii dealer page.
2. Tap the menu (gears) in the right corner and go to the "Settings" page
3. Tap the "Users" tab on the left side of the screen
4. Press the blue QR code to the right of the user you want to be logged in via your tablet
5. Open the camera on your tablet, scan the code on the screen and be logged directly into your CarBuddii app.

If you do not already have a user created for this purpose, you can use the user page to create a "Light user" for your tablet, as this does not require a phone number.

NOTE: It is important that you do not log in with the same user on multiple devices, as the system will alternatively log you out for security reasons.

For security reasons, each user can only be logged in on one device. Therefore, if you log in with the same user on multiple devices, you will eventually experience being logged out of the app.
