Do you need to extend a lease?

This is done quickly and easily from the CarBuddii dealer page.

All you have to do is the following:

1. Login to your CarBuddii dealer page via your browser
2. Go to the "Plan-it" page via the main sections at the top of the screen
3. Open the active rental by either double-clicking on the rental, or tapping on it and selecting the pencil ("View Rental")
4. In the window that opens with the rental, you will be able to select the function "Extend rental contract" at the bottom.
5. Click here and select the new submission time.NOTE: If the customer must pay for the extended period, this must be checked in the box.
6. Then confirm the extension of the rental contract, whereby the customer will receive either an SMS or an email, with an updated link to the rental contract, so that they can open and confirm the new drop-off time.As soon as the customer has confirmed via the link, the extension will legally take effect immediately on the contract.

NOTE: If you prefer, you can also simply drag the rental from the calendar, which will directly indicate the extension, so you can quickly send an extension to the customer.
