A rental contract is extended from Plan-it by opening the booking and selecting a new end time for the rental contract at the bottom. The customer then receives a link via SMS or Email, which the customer must open and accept the new end time. 

In Plan-it, the booking will have a different color until the customer has accepted the extension. 

Extensions do not have to be signed with MitID signing.
