The integration allows you to book rental cars directly from the FTZplus planner calendar. If you have online booking enabled in FTZplus, you can also activate loaner car booking there so customers' bookings automatically enter the system. To make sure your vehicles are visible and available for customers to book online, you need to adjust their individual settings.
How to Enable Cars for FTZplus Online Booking
- Step 1: Access the GarageLog in to your CarBuddii web dashboard and navigate to the Garage tab from the main menu.
- Step 2: Select the VehicleLocate the specific car you want to make available for online booking and click on it to open its detailed settings card.
- Step 3: Assign a Pricing Group (Prisgruppe)Inside the vehicle's settings, locate the pricing options. You must choose a specific Prisgruppe (Price Group) to serve as the standard rate for this car. The integration requires a default price group to accurately calculate expenses so they can be automatically transferred to the customer's work card in FTZplus.
- Step 4: Activate Online AvailabilityFind and toggle the Available button specifically designated for online booking. This is the crucial switch that allows FTZplus to see the vehicle in the planner and prevent double bookings.
- Step 5: Save Your ChangesClick the Save (Gem) button at the bottom of the screen to lock in the configuration.
Repeat this process for every individual vehicle you want to offer through the FTZplus online booking flow. Once configured, everything that needs to be paid for—such as rent, extra kilometers, and fuel—is automatically transferred to the customer's work card without requiring manual data entry.
