A guide if you want to be ahead of the curve and have noted previous damage before the customer arrives - or possibly update the image if damage has been repaired.
If you want to add a claim before the next delivery of the car, this can be done directly via the app.
The procedure is as follows:
- Open the app and tap "Garage" at the bottom of the screen
- Search for the desired vehicle and go to the bottom of the screen
- Click on "Damage registration", and then select the "Edit damages" button.
- Tap on the vehicle screen at the location(s) where you want to add damage and click the "Add" button.
- Finally, press the "Save changes" button.
If you wish to remove a previous damage - if the damage has been repaired - simply click on the previous damage, select "Remove", and then press "Save changes".
The option to edit damages is also always available as part of the rental flow when you want to create a rental contract for a new customer.
