Learn how to add, select, and remove temporary license plates for test drive operations.

Adding or Selecting a Temporary License Plate

1. Open the CarBuddii app and tap the + button to create a new Test Drive Contract (Køreseddel). Select "Sample plate - demo run".

2. Scan the customer's driver's license and enter their contact details, then tap Next.

3. On the selection screen, either:

   • Choose an existing plate used within the last 30 days.

   • Create a new plate by tapping "Opret prøveplade" (Create new sample plate) at the bottom.

4. Enter the new license plate details to assign it to the contract and complete the setup.

Note on Expiration (30-Day Rule): Once a contract with a temporary plate is created and sent, the plate remains available in the system for 30 days. Reusing the plate resets the 30-day timer. Plates inactive for more than 30 days are deleted automatically.

Manually Removing an Old Temporary License Plate

1. Start creating a new Test Drive Contract.

2. Navigate to the temporary license plate selection screen.

3. Locate the plate you wish to remove, swipe left on it, and select Delete.
